Notes on bookings for Long Barn 1 and 2:
- Gas, electric and water is included in the price.
- Bedding is also included.
- Towels are not included – please bring your own.
- Launderette on-site.
- Barns are cleaned and checked after each vacation.
- We do not accept liability in respect of any person or their property.
- Available from 3pm on day of arrival to 10am on day of departure.
- £100 refundable deposit required. This is forwarded on to you after inspection upon vacation. It is to cover any breakages, damage etc. and is in addition to the total rental fee. Please make cheques payable to V P Luxford. Unfortunately, we do not accept credit cards.
- Full amount due 4 weeks before arrival.
- In the event of cancellation we will endeavour to re-let, however, if we are unable to do so then the full amount remains payable. We therefore advise you take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance.
